Mystery plant name solved by Anne Bossart of Parry Sound. This is a Natie Honeysuckle.

Ingrid Ruthig is very clever about identifying plants. Maybe tag her on FB?

Not a tree, Carin … but definitely a spindly woody stem

No idea what this is, Cheryl. I initially thought a variety of honeysuckle, but if it’s a recent shot, it’s too early. How does it grow, how tall, etc.?

Thank you Barabara … hoping someone can identify it for me. That blossom is the length of my thumbnail … a delicate little thing.

You are so right, Allison. This blossom was so tiny I nearly missed it. No idea what it might be. The gurlz are getting very good at ‘sit and wait’ while I get the shots.
