Hahaha I often get the day wrong, did you, or was it on purpose?

Wish I could say I did, Gilly. But, no … jumped the gun. Happens on holiday. I truly believed it was Wednesday on Tuesday!

Wow, the lines here. There must be a dozen patterns at least. I love that you allow us to see it that much more clearly in b&w… with just a hint o’colour. Not sure the lines would have been so apparent in real life (and real colour) so kudos to your keen eye!

Thanks, Carin … I was standing in brilliant sunlight taking this shot and captivated by all the lines in the shade.

Genius, to see that old ramshackle lean to and compose from it this stunning study in stripe and shadow. It looks somewhat like the entrance to a barn or stable but I would not walk any creature along that ramp, which also looks prone to collapse. But how evocative, the whole — I can smell the weedy, hay-ish history it breathes.

A friend’s barn … every once in a while when we are visiting I disappear for a while with my camera and wander her property.

I love these ever so subtle variations in colour giving the photo a dreamy, not-quite-there aspect Cheryl.
