Love the juxtaposition of inside and outside. Glad to see from the mug and the journals that you intend to stay on the warm side of the door. the touch of blue is perfect!

Yup, I did, Janet. Ignored the snow shovel and enjoyed the fireplace instead (to the right out of frame).

Very inviting, Cheryl. Love the black and white with a touch of blue to highlight the shovel, and thus the contrasting cold outside. I think it works so well in part because the pattern of the chair and ottoman are striking in black and white.
